…and thanks for visiting! Here is where you can find all the information you need about Salt Spring Singers, a community choir in its 50th year.
We are a fun group of people who love to sing under the direction of our very talented director, Deb Smith. Salt Spring Singers’ singing season is divided into 2 sessions – the first session begins in September for the Fall Term, and the second begins in January for the Spring Term. Practice takes place at the Baptist Church, 520 Lower Ganges Road.
As this is a Community Choir, no audition is required and the ability to read music is not mandatory. We welcome singers in all registers: Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Baritone and Bass. We are always in need of lower voices, especially baritone and basses.
