Slow down your music using TimeStretch Player
Make a new folder on your desktop that will hold the mp3 files of your part.
Right-click your blue button and "Save link as" (Control+click on the Mac, I think)
Save the mp3 file in your new folder. Do so with all your files.
Click on image or go to

and bookmark the page for future use, or make a shortcut on your desktop, as this is basically a little on-line app.
Drag the mp3 file onto the Timestretch Player, the file will upload quickly, and press play. Use left knob to slow down music. Try .80 x
